Sandy Springs is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sandy Springs follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

BRUSTER'S REAL ICE CREAM SANDY SPRINGS They have a nice selection of ice cream. In Thursdays you can bring your own banana and get HALF OFF a banana split. All of the on site dining is outside. Brusters hires a lot of inexperienced kids, so the service isn't always great. At times it can take awhile to get your order. Overall its a nice establishment.

This location forgot the most important thing a straw for a slushie. How can you enjoy a sweet treat without a proper straw. I was Loki g forward to enjoying this however they simply couldn’t do proper packaging!! That’s like getting ice cream with no spoon what are you left to do sit and eat it with your hands? So disappointing!!

I am not much of a dessert person but on this hot Saturday my wife and I decided to stroll with some ice cream bowls. We both got the banana splits. Unfortunately they had just run out of bananas. But we got special tailored alternatives with extra scoops at no charge thanks to the understanding and professionalism of DeJuan. Great job sir. I recommend this place for the great flavors and even greater customer service. They are in a convenient location as well. I recommend you ask for DeJuan when you get there.

Service was disappointing during our visit. We are regular customers and have been visiting for the past three years, almost every week, so we did not expect this kind of treatment. We ordered specific flavors for our scoops, but the order came out incorrectly. When we pointed it out, the server, Maria, seemed annoyed and threw the scoop away while fixing it, which made us feel uncomfortable. We also asked for an extra cup so our kids could split the scoops, but our request was denied. What made this even more disappointing is that we came as a group of about 12 people, expecting to enjoy our time together. Unfortunately, the poor customer service left us very disappointed. After being loyal customers for three years, this experience has made us reconsider returning in the future. We hope customer service improves so other customers do not have a similar experience. This is not the first time and we were patient. But you lost 3 families.

We recently visited this Bruster’s Real Ice Cream sandy springs and left very disappointed. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We ordered four scoops and politely asked if they could put one scoop in each cup, but our request was not handled properly. When I asked again, the staff member refused and acted as if the request was an inconvenience. The attitude was unpleasant and made the experience uncomfortable. I would not recommend this location. I suggest trying another Bruster’s if you want to actually enjoy your ice cream and service.
